Latest "rendition"

My latest "rendition" - my attempt at making edible "angry birds"..errmmm... they don't seem too angry though.. they in fact looked happy :)

Here I am... this is the beginning...

Baking is an art and a sure solid dimension of cooking.  When you cook with love and passion, your cooking will sure turn out to be delicious and yummy.  So is baking.  My interest for baking was not discovered until myPost settings other half bought a set of mixer and a pack of ready to bake muffin mixture.  (I had got myself a hand drill tool a day earlier!)  It did not catch my attention until he started mixing the stuff together and had asked me to teach him how to use the oven. 

It was all a worth start.  I started digging out recipes after recipes and tried them out numerous times and started adding and changing the ingredients to perfect the taste.  After months of experiments and "food tasting sessions" and an abundance of encouragement and support from my dear ones, I am now accepting orders for selected types of cakes, cup cakes, pies, simply lasagna and baked savoury macaroni and cheese.   So, here I am... the art of baking and decorating to me is so therapeutic.  My small little kitchen has now become my "sanity checkpoint"  :).  

The cakes and cup cakes that I bake will have at least 30% reduced amount of sugar.  I only use quality,  good and healthy ingredients.  These are all home baked stuff and when the word "home" is there, you shall be assured of usage of only good stuffs, without preservatives, even if they are for others to savour.
